Certainly, we can put together the application package, obtain a signed 8110-3 form from a Designated Engineering Representative (FAA-DER), submit your package to the FAA, and act as the point of contact on your behalf in case of updates and corrections. Bear in mind, though, that your company must conform to all applicable regulations. All approvals will be issued for your company, which shall be fully responsible for the article.

Absolutely, we sign off Non-Disclosure Agreements all the time and have secure servers. Appropriate government clearance may not be immediately available.
Does Crony Engineering manufacture?
Yes, we may arrange for assembly, acceptance test, rework, and shipping.
Does Crony Engineering outsource labor overseas?
No, all design, testing, and production happen in the USA. If your company has an approved supplier of preference overseas, we may interact with such supplier prior written authorization at your own risk.
Does Crony Engineering liaise with the FCC or the FDA?
Partially. We can put together the report, data package, and serve as a point of contact on your behalf in case of corrections and clarifications. Your company shall be highly involved in prototyping, testing, verification, and validation. Your company must conform to all applicable regulations. All approvals will be issued for your company, which shall be fully responsible for the product.
Can Crony Engineering help obtain UL certification?
Absolutely, we can open a project with UL Solutions, get quotes for phase 1 (review) and phase 2 (testing) and plan to submit all requirements and prototypes.

What are Crony Engineering payment terms?
For first time customers 30% upfront, remaining 70% at completion. Returning customers net 30. For long-haul projects, monthly invoices. Crony Engineering will attach to each invoice a progress report. Crony Engineering will issue a progress report without an invoice whilst awaiting third party or regulators’ response.
What Quality Management System (QMS) does Crony Engineering operate under?
None. We have implemented AS9100D in beta stage, i.e., not yet approved; meanwhile, you are welcome to audit our QMS to get qualified as one of your suppliers, if your QMS has provisions for it; otherwise, we are out of the game.
